Vincent S. is a Kerala State Award–winning contemporary artist and writer based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and the founder of Ananda Kalakendram (1990), a pioneering center for rural art education in South India. Born in 1956, he holds a BFA in Painting (1988) and an MFA (2021) from the College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram, and has exhibited widely in solo and group shows across Kerala and India, while actively participating in major art camps. A published author, his literary works include the poetry collection Yathrakaran, the short story collection Priyappetta Alphey, and Rahayam + Parasyam = Sathyam (2019).
